It was my birthday on Monday. I started my birthday celebration a little earlier and I did tons of stuff during the weekend, which I will get to it in another post. For now, I would like to share what I got from my friends and family =D.

Joyce from Sparkly Playground got me this organizational tray for beauty products, ‘cause we’re all constantly looking for new/better ways to organize our makeup. I haven’t found a home for it yet, as in where to put it. Right now my vanity table/desk is full of crap on top... I definitely need to do some organization. But it’ll be an awesome tool to organize my overflowing collection lol.

Emily from THIS WAS FOREVER gave me a collegiate jacket from Forever 21. Great minds must think alike! Or maybe my obsession with school girls clothing is that apparent. I love collar shirts, college cardigan, nerdy glasses, and school blazers. I have the first three in the aforementioned list, but not a school blazer. So this will be a great addition to my closet! I think it’ll look good with skinny jeans (denim, black, or burgundy).

Michele from rubanxrose gifted me a Maybelline Bouncy Blush. I didn’t really get many shades from the new range, and this is one of the shade that I didn’t have already, so I’m pretty excited to try it out. She also included a pair of Birdy Earrings, which is awesome because she said “you know the Tweeter bird”... They are prefect because I do tweet a lot, and they really do remind me of Twitter lol.

Hallmark Photo Album
My cousin got me a photo album, which is something that I never buy for myself. It has a pretty design on the front and back cover, and it's huge (hence the lack of photo lol). I am really looking forward to fill this album up with great memories. I shall look into my old saved pictures =).

I don’t think I have mentioned it before but I loved instant photos. I actually have another Fujifilm Instax Mini 7S in white, which I got 3-4 years ago. I heard that the picture quality is a little bit better, but not by a whole lot. As you can see, the reduction in size is pretty significant. But regardless, I still love my old one and it is still in great condition. So I’m kind of torn right now... Should I sell it or not? Hmmm...
I also got some birthday money from senior members in my family. It’s a tradition in my family for senior members (not in the same generation) to give some money to the birthday boy/girl. I have already put them to good use... well, good for me at least lol.
In a separate post, I’ll talk about what I got for myself for my birthday... Yep! It’s always great to be able to treat myself. I’m dorky enough to put them in gift bags and gift to myself... My boyfriend didn’t even do that for my gift lol.
What is the best birthday gift you received in the past year? I want some birthday gift idea =D.
